About
Hi, I'm Alejandra aka Alechandra.My journey into coaching began with my own search for identity.At 18 years old, I left my home in Venezuela and began a new chapter far from everything I knew as my safe place. For the first time, I had to learn how to make choices from my own voice and ask myself deeper questions: Who am I? What do I truly want? Am I creating a life that feels authentic to me?Through that process, I found a deeper connection with my spirituality. This path led me to explore yoga, meditation, Ayurveda, tarot, and mindfulness - practices that helped me understand myself on a deeper level.Through my training with Chopra Education and my experiences as a yoga instructor, I found my calling in supporting others through their own process of growth and self-discovery.I feel specially called to work with sensitive, creative, and unique souls. People who feel deeply, think differently, question the world around them, and are looking for a deeper understanding of themselves and their place in this life.My intention is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, encouraged, and guided to discover who you are and what truly matters to you.
